the airport shuttle driver was excellent... and even provided a ride to my car that was not parked at the airport since I was away on business
i use a different hotel because they do not charge for parking if I leave my car there while I'm away...

easy access to airport and direct bus route for downtown. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable even if the bathrooms could do with an update.
It advertised free shuttle which was true for one trip only - we were two guests leaving on different times and days but I had to pay for the second shuttle which was extremely expensive. I think the hotel should mention in their site that there is only one free shuttle.

Location, we only had a few hours to sleep (5) between flights but it suited our needs

I liked that it was pet friendly. I liked that it was so close to the airport as that was the purpose of our trip. i liked that the staff was so friendly and helpful.
I did not like the fact that when I moved items around so that I could fit my dog bed in the room, I found that those items (chair, lamp) had not been moved in order to clean the room. I found a bright orange, mini-basketball behind the chair. How does one miss that size of an item when vacuuming? I did not like that I was charged so much more for my dog when I did not use any of your 'pet friendly' amenities. I brought all of my own with me. If the reason for the extra charge is because of the "extra cleaning" involved, I would expect to have a much cleaner room.

The rooms, especially the bathrooms could use a good reno. The walls were cracking, the tub tiles have seen better days

leaving
dirty, breakfast stale and disposable dishes, place falling apart, far too expensive for the quality of the stay - i've stayed at better places for much less. if the place is going to suck, \\\at least lower the price

We loved the location, but found it hard to find a variety of foods to eat.loved the quaint hotel (art deco) had a few issues with the bathroom but not serious didn't like how we had to call for help to plug in fridge, didn't think we should have to move furniture. But in all I loved the hotel and would consider it again. Thanks
Trying to figure out water in bathroom taps it was chalenging

we had a quiet room, I know some others didn't
Room was too warm and very dirty. rooms should be painted once in a while. Also shower was terrible for getting the right temperature, first freezing, then scalding all of a sudden. I am surprised you have not been sued over this., maybe you have been.

Staff in the restaurant (crab shack) were delightful, helpful and very accomodating!
The pool and whirlpool had been shut down by the health department until "a nuisance" was gotten rid of! That was nasty!
